I would really consider this Omega Force 12.5 as all of the characters from both series are in this. If you follow the Omega Force series, you should also read Terran Scout Fleet as it concerns Jason Burke's son Jacob and the plots of OF are advanced in the TSF novels. In this book, Jacob finally meets back up with his father.The Omega Force series is one of my favorite Space Operas. I especially like the banter between the characters. If you like a little humor with serious plots and lots of action, you will like this series. The author's other series that follows Admiral Jackson Wolfe does not have the humor this series does, but it is also a very good space opera.
